Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location was perfect for the purpose of our stay because a lot of our family lives within 10 minutes or less from the hotel. We were quite happy with the staff who were all so kind and welcoming. The hotel itself was very clean. Our room was also very clean.
Negative: There was a dedicated parking lot, but for 3 of the 4 nights, we had a difficult time finding parking. We, along with quite a bit of other guests, had to park along the edges of designated parking stalls. This made it difficult and unsafe to fit through with the size of our vehicle. There is a nightly parking fee, so it would have been nice to have always had a parking spot.We also would have liked to have a microwave in our room. The ladies at the front desk did allow us to use the microwave downstairs, but having one in our room would have been more convenient.
